You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar or following This Link. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed. Order once shipped can not be cancelled or edited.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order if it has not been yet shipped from our end and we will refund the entire amount to you. In case of cancellation of an order after it has been shipped, it will be treated like a returned order.
If you cancel or return an order purchased, iZech will refund the entire purchase amount to you immediately. For partial order cancellations, iZech will refund that amount back to you. Cancellation of amount takes around 24-48 hours to reflect in your payment method taht you used to make the payment.
