Shipping and Handling
Domestic (inside India)
All domestic orders (inside India) are delivered in 5-7 business days.
Shipping in India is free.
International (outside India)
All international orders (outside India) are delivered in 7-10 business days (Express Delivery Only*). Shipping cost is calculated as per total weight of your order. Orders placed on Saturday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
All charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
Please note: at this time PO Box & Sunday delivery is not available.
Returns and Exchanges
You may book a return within 48 working hours after receiving the item. You can book your return via emailing us at: email@example.com or by calling us on: +91-8699665533. No returns will be accepted after the returns period has expired.
Please note that original shipping + COD charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items with box should be returned with the original box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. Ship your return to our warehouse address mentioned in the contact us section.
Your items must reach us within 7 working days after booking the return. Knocked-in, Oiled & 3D printed items can not be returned and are not applicable for refunds.
Once your return is approved by iZech, download and print our returns form by clicking here and send it along with the return.
Please note: You may also send returns back to us at our warehouse address using any trackable method, at your expense.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (outside India)
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund for online payments will be done in the same mode of payment within 12-15 working days.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
You may cancel an order if it has not been yet shipped from our end and we will refund the entire amount to you. In case of cancellation of an order after it has been shipped, it will be treated like a returned order.
If you cancel or return an order purchased, iZech will refund the entire purchase amount to you immediately. For partial order cancellations, iZech will refund that amount back to you. Cancellation of amount takes around 24-48 hours to reflect in your payment method taht you used to make the payment.
